Term 4 Immersion Assembly Recount

Walt: use adjectives to improve our descriptive writing.

Have you ever seen your teachers sing like animals before? Yesterday Pt England had their term 4 Immersion Assembly. The assembly was about introducing the term’s topic to our school, which is called musical madness.

Team four’s topic is about creating our own music and sounds. The Team 4 movie was like a ad about Pt England music. It was incredible and crazy, the teachers were singing so funny and their actions were hilarious. I thought that the movie was so funny to watch.

I want to learn how people can edit songs so good. This is because I love the way people edit songs because then it gets released as a great song. But I hope that we learn to create our own music track and video.  I would love to make my own music track and video because it looks really fun.

I think that the Term 4 topic is so great and fun. I can’t wait to find out what we’re learning about, I’m so excited. I hope that we learn about music and different techniques.

Task Description:
For this task I had to write my recount about our school Immersion Assembly. Then once I had finished this recount I had to post it on my blog. I had to post it on my blog, but at a high quality. And that included the content, a WALT, Task Description and Labels.

Holiday Update 7 | Going Bowling with my auntie

Today I went to the city with my auntie, we went to go bowling at "The Lanes". When we were at bowling we bought a drink and some fries. And after bowling we went and got some McDonalds and ate by the waterfront. Once we had finished eating we went to Te Papa. We saw a lot of of exhibitions like Gallipoli: The scale of our war. We also went inside the earthquake house, we saw the collosal squid and more. After that we went to Frank Kitts park, and after that we waited for our bus and went home.

 

Holiday Update 6 | Going to the movies

Today I went to the movies with my auntie, the cinema that we went to was Reading Cinema. Reading Cinema is located in Courtenay Place, Wellington. We went and watched the movie "The Ninjago movie", it was about a man telling a story to a little boy about a ninja story. In this story the ninja's name was Lloyd and his friends. So first we caught a bus to Pak N save to get some snacks for the movie, then we caught another bus to go to the city. After we got off the bus we walked across the road to Reading Cinema. After the movie we went and got some Butter Chicken, and then we walked to the waterfront. After I ate me and my auntie went and walked to the bus stop, but on the way there was a park so we went and I played on the park. After that we kept on walking to the bus stop, then we got on our bus and went home. I had so much fun today and I really loved the movies.

Holiday Update 5 | Going to Victoria university with my auntie

Today I went to Victoria University with my auntie Moesha. Victoria University is located Kelburn Parade, Wellington. So today I went to Victoria University, I saw a lot of students walking around the campus. I went to a room called the bubble, my auntie said it's a place for uni students to come and take a break and relax. 

Holiday Update 4 | Lazy day

So today me and my family just had a lazy day. So first I woke up and cleaned myself up, then I came back to my bed and played on my chrome book. Once I got hungry I went to the kitchen and made me some coco pops as my breakfast. After my breakfast I went into the lounge and went on the power fit machine with my grandma. After that I got off the power fit and played on my grandma's Ipad. After that I went to my bed and had a nap. So yeah that's what I did today.
