My artwork

 I have learnt to not rush while you are painting and to do nice strokes and always try. From my artwork I learnt to  take it nice and easy and to never say I can't do it. The hardest thing when I was  painting you have to take it nice and slow so I don't make a mistake.

The best thing about my painting is that I liked the colour of the grass and the colour of the sand. I think that I can improve next time by listening to the teacher and never use the wrong colours.

My year reflection 2014

What did I enjoy? I enjoyed having free time because it was fun.

What did I not enjoy? I did not enjoy having to write heaps of paragraphs.

What new things have I learnt? Using scratch to tell story's using  animations. 

How do I feel about my year in 2014? Happy because I had fun with my IPad.

What was the most interesting thing we did? Playing angry birds and learning new physics.

How can I learn better in 2015? Trying to listen to the teacher well I get my new chrome book.

Mitre peak

Abel Tasman national park is located on the top of the South Island. It is between golden bay and Tasman bay, near Nelson and the Cook strait. Abel Tasman national park is named after Abel Tasman, he was the first European man to see NZ.

People like to tramp and camp at the Abel Tasman national park some people even like to kayak on the Abel Tasman water it is so nice and clear you can see it is so blue it is beautiful. They also like to keep trapping around Abel Tasman national park they also stop at the beautiful beach's it is nice. They even have it pack all the stuff that they need for their trip.In Abel Tasman national park their are heaps of animals like birds and possums,deers and goats,penguins and also wild pigs. Their are also sea animals like dolphins and sea lions people like to watch the animals. The people would love seeing all those animals.

Mitre peak is a prominent peak at the bottom of Te wai ponamu near Milford sound. It named after a bishops point of his hat. The peak rises almost sheer above the sound nearly 2000metres. Part of the reason for its iconic status is its location.

Anything Manaiakalani Film Festival

Manaiakalani Film Festival

Manaiakalani is a group of 11 schools and 2000 kids in Glen Innes. Every year they have an ocasion called the Manaiakalani Film Festival. It helps kids learning and family too. We all travelled in buses to Sylvia Park, Hoyts Cinemas.

My favourite movie was Me TV  because I liked  the music and the things that they thought of and I thought that the effects were faboulous. Their acting was very terrific and they actually acted and matched the scripts too. I throught it was very terrific. They were so good that I throught that they were the most faboulous movie and I loved it.

All of those movies were very cool and faboulous.

Wellington

Wellington is the capital of New Zealand, located in the of the South of the North island. The ferry of Wellington is going through the Cook strait to Picton. Wellington is surrounded by hills.

The Wellington earthquakes happens freaquently. Their is three fualt lines which means their is a weakness in the earth crust. When Wellingtons earthquakes happens the Wellintonbuildings are safe because they are made of wood.

Cape Reinga

Cape Reinga is the most northern point in New Zealand it's beautiful place to explore. Located at the top ofTe Kia Maui, Cape Reinga is 500km from Auckland City. From the lighthouse you can see the white sands and dunes of 90 mile beach.

Explaintion about my test

I am going to explain to you what do you have to do to be ready for a important test.

To be ready for a important test you have to have a good breakfast for a good test. For a important test you always have to have a nice breakfast if you want to pass your important test with out food than you will focus on you test. And you also have to eat a healthy breakfast. If you eat a good breakfast you will have a happy day and will pass your important test.

If you have a good sleep before school it will help you pass your test and won't be disappointed. When you have good sleep you have energy. When you have heaps of sleep than you will pass your test and you can stay happy. 

 This is what you have to do to be ready for a important test.

What does a teacher do all day

I am going to explain to you what teachers do all day.

Teachers prepare activities for kids so they can learn new things. When teachers like Miss King prepare's  our learning for us. They would have to do that so the kids can grow up to be clever.

Teachers also have to teach the kids to behave their best so they can listen to the instrustions. When they behave they can learn and be clever at their tests. If they behave the teacher would be happy and proud of that kid because they could listen to the instructions that the teacher says.

So you can see that the things a teacher does all day

My holidays

These holidays I just can’t wait because I’m going too.. THE MOVIES YAY!!!

These holidays I am at my nana and grandpa’s house, on thursday me my two little cousins and my aunts are going to the movies but I don’t know what we are watching I hope it’s Teenage mutant  ninja turtles because I’ve never seen it before. But for today I will be fine as long as it is boring.

Today I got my Duffy book and it is called Lego Friends Lights, Camera, Girl Power!

I like this book because it is all about friendship. This story is all about how they meet Cassie but then they ended up in Stephanie's backyard. I think the book is going to end when the five girls will get a autograph from Cassie.

Cross country story

There was a cross country run for the girls they had to go over towering, rocky mountains. Exhausted runners completing their challenge, going across undulating fields of green grass. Who will be the ultimate champion of all.

A topic sentence is thane first sentence in your paragraph. It tells your audience what the paragraph is all about. In this activity I have found the topic sentences and put the other sentences in order.

We are learning to solve addition problems using different strategies.

Why it is important to eat healthy food

Eating healthy food gives you heaps of energy and it makes you strong. It also gives you a choice of helping your brain to think so you 

can be able to grow up and be able to think.

First our food goes down our mouth then it gets sqeezed down the oesophagus, it goes into our stomach. Second thing our food goes into our small intestine, then it goes into our large intestine.

If you eat healthy food then you will get heaps of strength and you can stay healthy. If you eat good food you won't get sick. But if you don't eat good food then you will not be healthy.

If you eat good food you will have strength and energy. People around the world can be healthy if they all eat healthy then the world will be healthy.

Being nice

Today we were writing nice comments on other peoples back we all had papers stuck to our backs.

The commonwealth games promotes togetherness and friendship by helping the community and sharing kindness with each other. The commonwealth games also helps the other countries all over the world. The other countries gather up to talk about the commonwealth games and how they do with it. They also have a talk together to. That's what the commonwealth games is all about sharing friendship and togetherness.

Usain Bolt the fastest man in the world he is impressive he is so fast that he is faster then his team. He is so talented his muscles are strong I can't believe that he is so fast. He is unbeatable that no one can beat him.

Usain bolt is in the team Jamaica,He is running in the 4x 100mm relay. Running down the straight he came first place.

There's people from the world just to watch him. They were cheering for him when he came first place. He was so proud of himself he was amazed.

I have been learning to spilt numbers into fractional parts. We had to figure out how many equal parts we needed before working out the fraction of the number.

Science in a van

Suddenly Alen stuck Steve the chicken on a old L&P bottle then he got an vollenteer to pump the bicycle pump. When the vollenteer pumped the bicycle pump Steve the chicken flew across the hall all the way to the other side.

Emily from science in a van did a funny thing so first she got a balloon then she got Alan to blow the balloon but then she got an vollenteer and her name was Bethan then Emily gave the balloon to Bethan but really she let it go. When Emily let the balloon go the balloon whizzed like somebody had farted.

If I could fly

If I could fly I would be flying in the air traveling though New Zealand  and between the rocks. I also would be flying  though the air right now. When I first tried it I thought it was insane and to risky. I almost vomited but suddenly I diden't. Then it was time to land so I pulled my parachute even gravity helped me get down.but I had fun.

Folding my airplane precisely we got ready to launch it I went to the bench. Suddenly when I launched it crashed. But I picked it up then chuked it back to Naomi and Ana.

Fighting jets

Starting the engine the pilot shot off into the sky and zoomed around trying to escape from his enemy. Suddenly the enemy zooming out of nowhere, shot a bomb but luckily he missed.gliding trough the sky the enymy took another shot at the pilot but he hit the wing of the jet.
