How to sprint like Usain Bolt

Task Description:
For this task I had to watch a quick slow mo video of Usain Bolt sprinting. The I had to explain what I noticed as he was running. Once I had done that slide I had to look for a video of our class sprinting, But I have to be in the video. Then I had to explain how I could improve for next time. Once I had finished this I had to post it on my blog with Title, Task Description and Labels.
